Platform User Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using the r7869 platform in any capacity — including visiting the website, completing the r7869 Login process, placing a wager, or making a deposit — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

• Engaging in or facilitating collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with sports betting markets on r7869.
• Conducting transactions on r7869 for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward r7869 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with r7869's software, platform infrastructure, or security systems.

r7869 reserves the right to determine, at its sole and final discretion, whether a violation of these prohibited conduct provisions has occurred. Such determinations are binding and not subject to external challenge through r7869's internal dispute process.

All content available on the r7869 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, interface design, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of r7869 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r7869 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any r7869 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on r7869's intellectual property.
• Use r7869's trademarks, brand name, or logos in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or content from the r7869 platform.

Any unauthorised use of r7869's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your platform access and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r7869, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your r7869 Login credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform access due to technical maintenance, server downtime, or circumstances beyond r7869's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the r7869 platform, even if r7869 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any Pakistani bank.

Nothing in this clause limits r7869's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. r7869's total cumulative liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your r7869 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

r7869 is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming on r7869 is intended exclusively as a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income, a financial strategy, or a method of resolving financial difficulties.

r7869 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all verified account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your r7869 account. Once set, limits cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.

• r7869 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• Your account has been identified as a duplicate or otherwise in violation of the one-account policy.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Where r7869 terminates an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance associated with the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at r7869's sole discretion. r7869 will provide written reasons for any such forfeiture upon request.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the internal policies of r7869 as an internationally operating platform.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact r7869 customer support at [email protected] with a clear written description of your complaint. r7869 commits to acknowledging all complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and providing a substantive response within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with r7869 support, you may escalate the matter through the following process:

• Submit a formal written complaint to r7869 via email, detailing the nature of the dispute, relevant transaction IDs, dates, and amounts.
• r7869's senior disputes team will review the complaint and issue a final written determination within twenty-one (21) business days.
• r7869's final determination on all disputes relating to gaming outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management decisions is binding and final.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

r7869 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, r7869 will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the r7869 platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
